Within a maximum of 48 hours from the delivery of the product, in case of problems, the customer can request the return of the product / products to our company, only in the original packaging and together with the originals of the respective transaction documents. In this case, he can replace the respective object with an identical one or – if this is not possible – he can receive back the amount paid for that object.
